Ball Construction was founded by Mike Ball in 1995. Mike has been in
the building trades for more than 19 years. The experience he has
gained from this show in the superior craftsmanship of the houses he
builds.Mike is a life-long Topeka resident. He knows the area and he knows home construction. Mike’s desire to be a builder began when he was in high school. He pursued his goal by attending Pittsburg State University, and graduated with a degree in Construction Management. A craftsman at heart, Mike has always enjoyed building furniture, and excels at trim carpentry. He is meticulous about his work. He is also well-versed in all the components of home construction. Mike has done it all, from the framing to the finish work. He knows what it takes to put it together the right way. Mike doesn’t get involved in a project unless it is done the right way. Putting it together the right way extends to the subcontractors who work on M. Ball Construction homes. Mike selects his subcontractors because they are professionals who are insured, provide quality work and back it up. Mike has integrity. People with whom he works know they will get straightforward, honest information. On the personal side, Mike and his wife, Lynette, are the parents of two girls, Samantha, 7, and Skylar, 4. It is important to Mike to build a company of which his daughters will be proud. |
